How can I view Listed Projects?When I login to the platform, on the left side there’s a tab with Profile, the third icon is that of the projects, once it is clicked, you will be taken to the Projects screen, where you can view the Listed Projects. Login >> Profile >> Projects >> View Projects

How can I apply for an interested project?When you go to the Projects screen, there’s a list of Projects for view, for each project there’s a budget, location below the project description. Also, towards the right bottom, there are 2 icons, the raised finger icon is to apply. Profile >> Projects >> View Projects >> Apply Icon

How can I schedule a call with a customer?Initially, only the customer can schedule a call, but an expert can - accept/ reject/ or reschedule the call. In case, the expert chooses to reschedule, then he can choose the date/ time of his choice and send it to customer.

Where can I see the scheduled calls?On the projects screen, there’s a tab for applied projects, once the tab is clicked it takes to the interested projects, all upcoming calls and proposals screen. Once the “all upcoming calls” tab is clicked, it takes you to the scheduled calls screen. Projects >> Applied Projects >> All upcoming calls

Can I accept, reject or reschedule customer calls?Yes, the expert can cancel a call, reject a call, accept the call or the reschedule the call. In case, the expert chooses to reschedule, then he can choose the date/ time of his choice and send it to customer. What is the Proposal?An expert can pitch for any project he is interested in, but after looking at the pitches, the customer chooses an expert of his choice (based on the customer expectations being met) and an expert is asked for a proposal, which comprises of the project details for a solution on the expert’s side like the costing, resources needed, plan of action and standard operating procedures. How can I cancel my interest for an applied project?When an expert applies for a project and goes to the “Projects Applied” tab, the list of projects applied to are visible. On the right corner of each project are 3 icons: the eye for view, the no entry icon for cancellation and trash bin box icon for delete . Once the cancellation icon is clicked, it asks for a reason and confirmation to cancel the project. Where can I view the Project info?When you go to the Projects screen, there’s a list of Projects for view, for each project there’s a budget, location below the project description. How do I create my Pitch?In the Projects screen, click on the view more project info icon, click on the apply for the project button, it takes you to a screen that has the Project Info, Pitch, Calls and Proposal & Contract. In the Pitch screen, you can add relevant skills, pitch, Projects and Service Catalogue to apply for the apply for the project. Projects >> View more project info >> Apply for project icon >> Pitch

Why is Pitching for the Project important?A pitch is the expert’s version of a cover letter for the project. It should be describing his experience, his skills and why he will be able to complete the project. It should also detail his list of previous services and skills to relevant projects.

What is the call History?In the Projects screen, click on the view more project info icon, click on the apply for the project button, it takes you to a screen that has the Project Info, Pitch, Calls and Proposal & Contract. In the Calls screen, you can see the requested calls, upcoming calls and call history which is a briefing of the number of calls scheduled, attended, rescheduled and rejected. Where can the Customer view the published Projects List?Once the Customer logs into the platform, there is a bar on left with Profile, Company, Thought Leadership, New Project and Project, when the Customer clicks on the Project Icon, they can view the list of Projects published on the platform.

Where can the Customer publish a New Project?Once the Customer logs into the platform, there is a bar on left with Profile, Company, Thought Leadership, New Project and Project, when the Customer clicks on the New Project Icon, it takes them to a project details screen with Project Details, Engagement Details, Logistics, Visibility & Review. Once the customer fills in all the details, the project can be published. Login >> Profile >> New Project >> Project Details >> Publish Project

Where can the Customers view the Expert List?Once the Customer logs into the platform, there is a bar on left with Profile, Company, Thought Leadership, New Project and Project, a dropdown browse button. When the dropdown browse button is clicked, Experts and Insights comes down. When Experts is clicked, it takes the Customer to a list of Experts registered on the Platform. Login >> Profile >> Browse >> Expert

How can the Customers filter Expert List?Once the Customer logs into the platform, there is a bar on left with Profile, Company, Thought Leadership, New Project and Project, a dropdown browse button. When the dropdown browse button is clicked, Experts and Insights comes down. When Experts is clicked, it takes the Customer to a list of Experts registered on the Platform. The Customer can also filter the Experts as per the Key search words, Skill, Expertise or Industry. Login >> Profile >> Browse >> Expert >> Filter

Where can the Customer view the Experts interested in a specific project?As the customer opens the list of projects published, on each of the projects in the list to the right corner there are 3 icons one is the view experts applied, in calls and in proposals. When the customer clicks on experts applied, he can view the list of Experts that have applied to that specific project.

Where can the Customer view Expert briefing in detail?As the customer opens the list of projects published, on each of the projects in the list to the right corner there are 3 icons one is the view experts applied, in calls and in proposals. When the customer clicks on experts applied, he can view the list of Experts that have applied to that specific project. When the customer selects the expert and says see more, he can see the expert briefing like profile, expression of interest and call details. How can the Customer view Projects according to the preference?Once the Customer logs into the platform, there is a bar on left with Profile, Company, Thought Leadership, New Project and Project, when the Customer clicks on the Project Icon, they can view the list of Projects published on the platform. In this screen, the customer can filter the projects using a filter icon at the top right screen, once the filter button is clicked, it gives options like view all projects, pitched projects, projects on Hold and projects under Evaluation. Login >> Profile >> Project >> Projects List >> Filter >> All projects / pitched projects / projects on Hold / projects under Evaluation

How can the customer schedule a call with the Expert?As the customer opens the list of projects published, on each of the projects in the list to the right corner there are 3 icons one is the view experts applied, in calls and in proposals. When the customer clicks on experts applied, he can view the list of Experts that have applied to that specific project. Here, the customer has an option to schedule a call with the Expert or Decline the Expert. Once the customer schedules a call with the expert at a convenient time, the expert has an option to accept/decline/rescheduled. If the call is rescheduled, the customer can again choose an appropriate time.

Where can the Customer view call history?Once you are on the project list page, click on see more button to expand the page. Click on the call details tab to view upcoming calls and call history of that specific project and expert. Login >> Profile >> Project >>Project list >> experts list >> Call Details >> Call History

Chat with expert in call history tabOnce the call is done, you can view the call details in the call history tab, you can also chat with the expert using the chatbot available in the bottom right corner in the call history tab. Login >> Profile >> Project >>Project list >> experts list >> Call Details >> Call History >> Bottom right

How can the customer decline an interested Expert for a Project?As the customer opens the list of projects published, on each of the projects in the list to the right corner there are 3 icons one is the view experts applied, in calls and in proposals. When the customer clicks on experts applied, he can view the list of Experts that have applied to that specific project. Here, the customer has an option to schedule a call with the Expert or Decline the Expert. When the Decline the Expert button is clicked, the Expert is declined.
