Greetings of the day! Welcome to our second newsletter. Through this newsletter we want to share with you the progress of nicheBrains platform, actionable tools that can be implemented in the areas of digital transformation.

Since nicheBrains launch, we have onboarded more than 120 Experts in Digital Transformation and 20 Small and Medium Enterprises.

nicheBrains, based out of Hyderabad-India, is the first technology enabled platform to connect SME Leaders with Curated Digital Experts on-demand. The SME leaders can post their specific project needs or our platform will help to scope, prioritise specific business initiatives. They can then connect with experts and engage on short burst of engagements – Micro Consulting. SME Leaders can start engagements in days rather in months, track progress and complete projects in short period of time.

What is the Secret? SME Leaders like to work with nicheBrains, which is reflected from the feedback received from our early adopters. nicheBrains significantly reduces the time for searching right experts and shorter engagements to deliver projects on time and saving costs. We are pleased with the progress since our launch. We have onboarded 120 Experts and 20 SMEs since our launch. Successfully completed 6 customer engagements in digital marketing, supply chain optimisation.

Highlights of November !

1.nicheBrains cofounders completed Founder Institute (World’s premium pre-seed accelerator based out of Silicon Valley) Chennai 2021. nicheBrains was recognised as Crème de le Crème of the batch 2021.

2.nicheBrains has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with IBS (Indian Business School), Hyderabad to research digital vulnerability/readiness of SMEs in India. The MOU helps us to connect Academia and Industry in the coming days.

3.We have met Heads of Government bodies and Industrial Associations, tasked with the growth and success of SMEs. The discussions are heading in the right direction where nicheBrains shall be the partner for digital transformation strategy for SMEs.

4.nicheBrains new engagements with early adopter customers have started in November focusing on Inventory Cost Reduction and Supply chain optimisation. New opportunities in the areas of Artificial Intelligence, Optimising Warehouse operations are being discussed.

5.We have delivered a workshop on “Master Class on Digital Transformation” to 80+ SME leaders who are part of the Young Entrepreneurship School, Tamil Nadu. We interacted with some of the best visionary and ambitious SME leaders, guided them on how to approach digital transformation in their organisation. This event has been received with positive feedback and new opportunities for nicheBrains.

We have curated experts with diverse experience in the areas of Digital Marketing, Supply Chain, Industry 4.0 technologies, Change Management, Digital Transformation Strategy, Smart Manufacturing, and many others.
